I have over 20+ years of experience in delivering successful marketing projects for clients in various industries, including e-commerce, financial services, food services, manufacturing, education, retail, music, insurance, law, consulting, banking, real estate, and cultural institutions.I have also worked as a Lead Course Developer and Instructor at the Canadian Marketing Association, where I contributed to the curriculum of the Chartered Marketer (CM) designation, the most comprehensive marketing skills development program in Canada. I taught courses on digital marketing strategy and management, e-commerce business management, and social media strategy at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies for 8 years. I hold certifications in Google Analytics, Social Marketing, and Advanced Social Advertising. I recently co-founded an online community called ME +ai, a free platform for marketers and sales professionals to share ideas on how to weave AI into our work processes, leading to more efficiency so we can focus on maximizing our creativity and innovation to the brands we work with.
