During my years as Meeting in Progress, Inc., these are just a few of the roles I held as a contractor with my client, Kemper Sports Management: --Hospitality Director for the EASports Maui Invitational, 2003-2007. Managed catered functions sponsored by the tournament and silent auction; revamped the Stadium Club, a VIP venue for tournament ticket holders, by managing admission, caterers, menus, set up, decor; ensured a welcoming and high quality atmosphere for fans.--Hospitality/Event Manager for the Booz Allen Classic Golf Tournament, 2004-2006 – Secured exclusive caterer, consulted on menu items, assisted in design of sky box specs, cultivated relationships with various local vendors to ensure smooth operation of title sponsor sky box and hospitality suite annually. Planned and executed high profile partner and client meetings/events leading up to, and during, the tournament dates at off-site venues in the D.C. area.

Managed an implant office for AMEX GTMS based at a downtown Chicago Fortune 500 company. Built and managed a team of 3 meeting planners and 3 group air agents. Developed and maintained relationships with all client departments to encourage centralization of the meeting process, capture volume and maximize negotiation potential with hotels, airlines and vendors.
