I currently deliver emotional intelligence courses as a foundation for effectiveness. This helps people grow and develop by exploring their current mindsets and attitudes and helping them to acquire tools and techniques that can build awareness to maximise engagement with others and therefore improve effectiveness as leaders.

I manage a team of people all over the country who provide the evidence for the operational staff of the Environment Agency to make the right business and environmental decisions. I also coach managers within the Environment Agency to help them perform even better. I am currently doing a post grad certificate in Business and Executive Coaching at Leeds University and qualify in November.
