Lead a team of subject-matter experts to design science-based curriculum integrating life design, well-being, leadership identity, PERMA into an 8-month best-in-class fellowship program for mission-focused professionals. Provide 1:1 and small group coaching support for fellowship cohorts.

Facilitate small group learning experiences to build understanding of trauma, the workplace consequences of unmitigated toxic stress, and how organizations and individuals can prevent and address trauma through culture change and individual and collective restoration. Certified as a Trauma Informed Professional Coach (TIPC) in Sept 2023.

- Serve as a course facilitator for LEAD (https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/exec-ed/programs/stanford-lead), supporting professionals from across the globe in building greater self-awareness and new leadership skills. LEAD courses facilitated include Principled and Purposeful Leadership, Creating a Life of Consequence, Values-Based Leadership, Foundations of Leadership, Leadership Agility, Leading Effective Teams, and Communicating with Impact.

- Support MBA students in advancing social innovation careers and early-stage social ventures through career and life programming, fellowship offerings, and external engagement with industry experts- Conducted due diligence on social entrepreneurial ideas and founders in advance of a major funding decision (spring 2018, 2019, 2020)

Developed Social Entrepreneurs. Inspired MBAs toward Social Innovation. Coached nearly 150 social entrepreneurs in early stage social venture design using tools such as human-centered design (design thinking), business modeling, theory of change, and impact measurement. Led on strategy and evaluation, developed student trainings, paired students with expert advisors and convened university partners for collaborative programming.Led Service Learning Initiative to engage 125 MBA students per year in social impact through international/domestic study trips and experiential projects focused on education, healthcare, social entrepreneurship and environmental conservation. Engaged with changemakers in 10 different countries around the world (China, Brazil, Kenya, India, UAE, Oman, Guatemala, Thailand, Cambodia, and South Africa).

Engaged Emerging Leaders in Social Sector Roles.Oversaw internship and board mentorship programs to connect MBA students with summer employers and nonprofit boards.

Connected Nonprofits with World-Class Business Expertise. With the Alumni Consulting Team, connected 200+ Stanford GSB alumni volunteers and 35+ Bay Area nonprofits annually for pro bono consulting on business development projects. Scoped consulting projects, coached project leads and clients on building and nurturing relationships that produce results.

Helped Nonprofits Succeed. Co-created board matching program and training curriculum to connect community volunteers with nonprofit boards. Led it from startup to regional then national prominence and set the stage for program expansion. Advised small to mid-sized nonprofits on optimal board structure, fundraising approaches, and incorporation. Developed curriculum and recruited faculty to provide technical assistance to hundreds of nonprofit leaders per year.
