I have advised clients on the accounting and quantum aspects of disputes and provided expert witness services in more around 100 cases under litigation, international arbitration (ICC, ICDR, ICSID, LCIA, UNCITRAL), expert determination or mediation. I have testified and been cross examined in hearings. I place great importance on providing objective, pragmatic advice and opinions that are based on high quality work. I like to collaborate closely with clients and their legal teams to seek to achieve the best outcomes possible.
