Ecobuild (www.ecobuild.co.uk) is the world's largest showcase for sustainable building products and solutions and the UK's biggest construction event of its kind. Throughout the three-day event over 100 conference and seminar sessions took place featuring in excess of 400 guest speakers including government officials, celebrities, architects, journalists, broadcasters and industry experts, covering the most pressing and important issues for built environment professionals. The event was a success with 45,000 professionals in attendance from around the world. Prior to the event my role was to liaise with confirmed speakers in relation to their presentations, speaker arrival arrangements and co-ordination of their bios & photos with the web team. During the three-day exhibition I welcomed the speakers on arrival, provided advice and support in the speaker lounge and walked the exhibition ensuring speakers were at the right stage at the right time.

Post-event survey – set up and analysis of responses. Set up webinars. Production of webinar recordings in WMV format for upload to website. Track every follow up to identify ROI.Marketing – identified growth sectors and suggested ways of marketing products to re-engage potential clients. Reconnected with 100’s of old contacts, some of which resulted in work with new clients. Provided global client research to assist consultants with connecting with other areas of businesses to grow our presence within clients.Budget Analysis– close liaison with Finance to monitor the monthly spend vs budget. Annual budget = £125,000. Identify savings, etc.

As a key member of the marketing team I provided a professional and efficient service, co-ordinating the planning, promotion and delivery of UK and European client business events, monitoring each one to ensure a ROI was achieved. I maintained the client database and monitored the marketing budget.

JaguarSport Ltd was a joint venture between TWR Group Ltd and Jaguar Cars Ltd and specialised in low volume production of high performance cars, including the Jaguar XJ220 and the engineering of the Aston Martin DB7.I provided full secretarial support for the Project Manager and team of engineers. I was responsible for managing the XJ220 warranty procedures; the company fleet; and personnel records.

Secretarial support within Tom Walkinshaw's office, including cover for the MD, FD and Race Team Director as necessary.
