- Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. - Collaborate with external stakeholder to create workshops and events (TH school, Sentia, Vinschool, Aeon mall, etc).- Research and execute new product development and launch.- Create monthly marketing and sales plan to achieve KPIs, grew revenue (110-150% MoM) and Facebook engagement (up to 815% new followers/month) by reaching new customers and signing new contracts with new company customers (Viettel media, Trung Nguyen, PwC)- Set the plan, maintenance budget and collaborate with logistic party to help firm enter foreign market (USA, Canada) by jumping into e-commerce (Amazon, Etsy)- Search, email marketing and negotiate with enterprises and organizations.

- Support and coordinate training activities for about 40 staffs/week in Hanoi (Company tour/Orientation program)- Support and coordinate training courses related to sales based on work requirement for sales team- Assist with other training programs for office staff. - Building training materials based on training needs.- Assist the tasks are assigned by line manager- Support with E-learning project, mainly for Sales and Nonsales throughout Vietnam
