- Collaborate with design on sourcing initiatives, aligning selections with seasonal trends, market needs, target price points, and customer preferences to ensure a diverse selection.- Manage the adoption of all new raw materials by reviewing fabric spec sheets for accuracy, followed by overseeing material and garment testing to ensure all compliance within our specifications and testing standards. - Established Excel tracking charts to manage raw material development- Create and manage BOMs through excel, ensuring that all updates communicated with mills/suppliers are recorded and sent to global partners- Maintain the cost tracker, negotiate with global partners, and advise the design team on cost optimizations.- Review and collaborate on raw materials and garment testing, ensuring adherence to established protocols.- Work cross-functionally to ensure the timely initiation of product samples requests, involving Marketing, Testing, and TOP samples. When passed to our team for review, promptly alert all partners of any necessary corrective action plans.

Source and develop new fabrics in collaboration with the fabric team & factories overseas based off market and seasonal trends.- Organize & participate in seasonal shopping trips to ensure we are able to provide fresh ideas and new qualities within our multiple brands at competitive price points.- Launched diversity initiative to include models and groomers of different racial & ethnic backgrounds for our packaged & ECOM garments.-Assess and comment on color for fabric and packaging, to ensure artwork is being properly executed before proceeding to bulk/printing. - Collaborate with Creative Services team to manage and schedule all packaging and ECOM photoshoot bookings per production timeline. - Support design and Production team with maintaining T&A through approval timelines to ensure there are no delays or errors during production through email, meetings and excel charts.- Create new styles on PLM/Blue Cherry for order processing .

- Communicate with various overseas and local factories/vendors in all phases of costing,development, and production to ensure on time delivery on a daily basis.- Work with Tech and Design team to obtain all information and design details for costing of new styles before each market. - Set up logistics sheets for factories to follow with customer specific requirements that must be followed during production- Create and maintain T&A calendars for each order to ensure all deadlines for color and fit approvals are being met.
