I worked at Cadre as a senior technical recruiter and at times oversaw a small team! I was one of the top two performers every year I worked there. At Cadre, we did contingency recruiting for VC-backend startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. I worked a full desk, and I was responsible for doing business development as well as filling the roles I brought on. Most of the roles we worked on were IC software engineers, but I filled non-tech roles including account executive, head of biz dev, marketing manager, UI/UX designer, product managers, and more.
