Completely streamlined and closed operational gaps by developing B2C data conversion to MS CRM and financials, and Inventory interfaces and controls between Spanx ERP, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers reducing inventory surplus and increasing turns to optimize operational efficiency and reduce out of stocks.Data scrubbing and normalization of B2B sell through data to enhance Buyer negotiations, product life cycle management, inventory replenishment, and increasing accuracy of sales forecasting. Implemented MS SharePoint portals for document management, Help Desk tracking, Retail Store communications, cross functional workflows and process automation.
