I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with additional specialized training in endoscopic swallow studies (FEES), tracheostomy/ventilator dependent, traumatic brain injury, and Culturally/Linguistically Diverse (CLD) populations. My professional areas of interest and expertise include adult dysphagia, cerebrovascular disorders, medically fragile, and end-of-life/hospice care. I’m a grant recipient fluent in clinical research projects. I also enjoy guest lecturing, supervising graduate students, and being involved in protocol development. My active licensures include Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. I currently serve as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Speech Language and Hearing Association (LSHA). I’m also the owner and clinical director for Dysphagia in Motion, a New Orleans based mobile diagnostic company specializing in the assessment and management of swallowing disorders using flexible endoscopy (FEES).
