I was obese , in pain and tired all the time. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I lost 6 years of my life to class 2 drugs to cope with pain. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of food as medicine and the healing that a fasting lifestyle can bring that my life changed. Having now added diplomas and certifications in nutrition, gut health and fasting to my portfolio, I am fully equipped to spread the word!I am passionate about women’s health, particularly through and beyond the menopause. I strongly believe we owe it to ourselves, our children and our (future?) grandchildren to be the best we can be.. the thing that makes me so sad is hearing women say “well, at my age, what do I expect?”.
