Chief Operating Officer of TPG’s Impact investing platform, including $19 billion AUM and 100+ team members across five strategies – The Rise Funds, TPG Rise Climate, Transition Infrastructure, the Global South Initiative, TPG NEXT. I’m responsible for the investing processes, people and information systems, and leadership and strategy forums for TPG’s businesses dedicated to delivering competitive returns by investing in products and services that make the world measurably better. I previously led ESG globally for TPG. In that role, I set our strategy and led the team responsible for finding financial performance opportunities and managing risk associated with environmental, social and governance factors. This work included both TPG’s investing activity and corporate operations, and relied on close partnership with our clients on implications for their invested capital.In my first seven years at TPG, I worked with the firm’s senior-most executives on strategic growth and operational initiatives as the Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs and Executive Office. I started my career as a top performer in management consulting at BCG, where I worked with consumer retail and education organizations, and specialized in learning and leveraging new quantitative tools. I grew up in rural Idaho, and a great education changed my life. Outside work, I’m passionate about organizations, tools and actions that give people greater agency - including education and participation in democracy.
