Oversaw teams composed of internal staff and outside contractors to securely develop, standardize, publish, administer and score two professional certification program exams. Built data pipelines in Python and R including streamlining, automating, standardizing, scheduling, and publishing key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights. Reported results of statistical analysis in clear and effective ways, where insights and conclusions were clearly identified and communicated to both business and technical audiences. Led project management, assessment instrument development, and training efforts for the selection and promotion of police and fire officers ranging from Sergeant to Chief for the cities across the country. Successfully bid and managed a $100,000 written test and assessment center program for more than 2000 Police Sergeant promotional candidates for the City of Houston. Developed and implemented a Police Sergeant promotional process for the City of Denver.
