Responsible for Commission Customer Service, Agent Contracting, Application Services Center of Excellence and Document Management Team.

Developed a more efficient workflow around our application entry, policy issue, and imaging processes. The Document Management Team (DMT) is part of our shared services unit that supports the processing of all applications through the organization. Teams of associates were outsourced in India to complete the workflow. As a result, we have achieved reduced cycle times by turning applications around to the carrier in the same day. In addition, we relieved the case managers from their routine data entry functions in order to focus their time and attention on improving service levels & resolving problems for our customers.

Responsible for overseeing associates daily, working with life insurance agents to resolve problems. Track daily metrics for the Salt Lake City office. Operations back up for the SLC office.
