Develops and implements a strategy to impact workforce development for civil engineering consulting firms in Indiana. Collaborates with state leaders to attract, retain and diversify engineering talent. Serves as liaison to third-party consultants, partner organizations and state agencies to recruit and retain talent in the State of Indiana. Leads outreach and engagement efforts with elementary, middle, and high schools, community organizations and higher education institutions across the State to build a pipeline of engineering students, increase scholarship applicants, internship opportunities and post-graduation placements. Develops and coordinates volunteer efforts statewide including National Engineers Week.Supports all continuing education events and professional development activities offered by the association. Serves as liaison for ACEC Indiana’s K-12 Education and Higher Education and Workforce Committees.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the combined GWC and Career and Technical Education (CTE) office. Manage the Cabinet (board) members and meetings. Work collaboratively with GWC team and key agency leadership to enact Governor Holcomb's vision for talent development. Ensure the Cabinet, as Indiana’s State Workforce Board, follows federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) goals and objectives.
