Lead BA on software upgrade to Maximo 5.2. The project upgraded a paper-based system to electronic work orders, executed using hand-held terminals. Architecture upgraded from client/server to 3 tier distributed application using a Java-based BEA application server with Oracle backend and web front end. Responsible for all validation documents in the software upgrade including requirements, design, development test, test plan and operational qualification for GMP system. Maximo and Blue Mountain Migration: Planned and coordinated data loads from the legacy systems into global Maximo using SQL extraction tools. Maximo Upgrade to version 4.1.1 Lead analyst and vendor contact. Project included a full migration into Asset Catalog of legacy instrument data. I developed statistical sampling techniques to verify migrated data. Bar-coding interface to Maximo: Designed and implemented solution, which included a wireless network in the inventory warehouse, connected to a Telnet communications server with an ODBC connection to the Maximo database. Data was sent to Maximo using PL/SQL stored procedures. Data Integrity clean-up project: Created a complete analysis of data integrity problems in Maximo, including root cause and recommendation for a solution. Standardization of Brio Reports for Maximo: Created and published a standard set of Brio reports, with additional SQL code which delivered a series of business metrics.
