Specializing in the curation of live entertainment sales for weddings, corporate and special events with a focus on big-bands, small music ensembles and DJ services. As the Account Manager, I am responsible for all client facing aspects during the sales and coordinating pipeline, including contract and vendor negotiation as well as reconciliation. Working to nurture and develop professional relationships with Toronto’s top Event Planners, Venues and AV Providers to provide outstanding and professionally consistent music entertainment services for their clients. Worked as the lead producer company experience initiatives including Scream Whistle 2019, St Patrick's 2019, Meetings for Change, as well as all major internal staff events ranging from Investor AGM's, Staff Appreciation Events, Staging Shoots, and Holiday Galas.Working through government shut down restrictions, responsible for developing long term local programming, facilities management & over-haul, and rebuilding sales tools ready for reopening.

Responsible as the team lead for all wedding, social and corporate event sales, regularly exceeding monthly sales targets. As Senior Sales Coordinator, I worked with the Director of Events to hire, onboard and train Event Sales Coordinators as well as coach team members on strategies and tools to increase profit and close sales.I also coordinated with clients, vendors, and external partners to produce over 100 of the annual events hosted at Steam Whistle as the venue contact. I primarily focused on events with guest count ranging from 350-2000 guests over a single or multi day booking. During my time in this role, Steam Whistle constructed and opened its largest event space, the Locomotive Hall, where I booked the majority of new a repeat business. I also actively participated in two RFP processes for exclusive vendors.
