Create modified processes to proof the components prior to incorporation into the final product.- Create, maintain, and distribute excel tools and macros for test data, including the design of human readable reports.- Review and redesign the custom lapping/CMP process for the collimated arrays creating a 6x increase throughput.- Source custom parts for optical equipment and some fab equipment including the anti-reflection coating evaporative system, and assist in maintaining columnated array and CMP equipment.
