Operations Associate and a Season Ticket Holder Concierge for the Golden State Warriors' NBA Development League team - the Santa Cruz Warriors. The 2012-2013 season was the Inaugural Season for the team in Santa Cruz, CA; and our first year was highly successful both on the court and off. My position currently entails: client services for Season Ticket Holders, customer service for ticket sales and merchandise, operations associate, special events associate, team liason to the Museum of Art & History

The Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History (MAH) is a highly unique and community-oriented museum in the heart of Santa Cruz, CA. During my time as an Intern with the Public Relations and Marketing department, I volunteered at a wide variety of museum events and lecture series, maintained the Community Programs calendar and corporate contact database, as well as wrote, scheduled and distributed the Community Programs press releases for the MAH. Although this particular internship has ended, I will most likely continue to assist and volunteer at the MAH in some capacity.

During my over 3 years at B2B Webventures/Beauty & Hair in Dallas, TX I acquired multiple job titles and had a rainbow of job responsibilities. •As Social Media Director, I was in charge of all campaign scheduling & creative content writing for 4 of the company’s websites’ social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & blogs.•As Brand Manager, I managed the retail merchandise & overall branding for one of the company’s national online brands. I was also in charge of policy development as well as client services and sales.•As a Writer, I authored unique, original content for 3 of the company’s websites – Wigs.com, Extensions.com & CostumeStore.com. I aided in the copy writing & design for advertising & marketing campaigns. I assisted in script writing for video projects, wrote & scheduled all Press Releases that the company required. I also was a principle Copy Editor. •As a Production Associate, I aided in the many photography shoots & video projects at the company studio. I helped develop & execute creative concepts, & I was ‘right hand man’ to the Creative Director.•As a Casting Associate, I scouted talent for photo & video projects. I assisted in the hiring & scheduling of models & talent. •Model & Video Host for select photo shoots & on-camera video projects. •I assisted the Marketing Director with marketing initiatives, SEO, article writing & editing, as well as basic analytics.Fun Fact: I worked remotely while living in Tokyo, Japan from January – March 2011.

I held an internship position primarily in the creative department of Guerra DeBerry Coody advertising and marketing agency in San Antonio, Texas. I was able to work next to and learn from over a dozen highly creative and talented individuals there in the Account Services, Production, Creative, and PR departments. - I was able to shadow and assist mentors on commercial shoots, talent castings, campaign brainstorming sessions, project production, marketing projects, and client and internal presentations, as well as dabbling in copy writing, creative design, and scriptwriting. I was also able to work indirectly for clients such as TimeWarner Cable, Sprint, the Baptist Health System, H-E-B, and more.This internship was invaluable to me and my future career, and I thank all of my mentors at GDC for such a successful internship.

TigerTV is the university's television broadcast media program. With the program, I held 3 consecutive apprenticeships and 1 voluntary apprenticeship and I was able to be both in front of the camera as a TV show host and interviewer and behind the camera in several other roles as a production member: technical director, audio director, video editor and camera operations, creative director, and set design. - A few special projects include the re-development of one of the program's television shows, a self-produced and directed 15-minute documentary, and a major university interview with film industry industrial designer Syd Mead.
