I have completed a degree in Psychology with Neuroscience (BSc Hons). Throughout my studies, sleep and its importance to our health became the leading area that interests me. I found myself drawn to the link between sleep and memory consolidation. This has birthed a secondary interest in neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer's Disease. I am currently working as a Sleep Technologist at East Sussex Healthcare Trust.
