Had been doing a lead educator float role, took 6 months off for Maternity leave and I am currently in a Lead Educator role in the Pre-Kindergarten (2.5-4 years) room. My main goal is to support children to achieve developmental milestones, starting back at the basics such as simple counting, knowing ABC. I am working alongside our ECT to prepare the children for their year in Kindergarten before they start big school. I support families and carers just as much as the children, with a strong partnership built on trust and honesty I believe we will be able to provide the best learning experiences, for all children within my care.I have been instrumental in developing our Centre's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), incorporating all staffs ideas through reflecting on current practices and implementing where we can go from here.
