I have brilliant telephone skills and handle day-to-day dealings with suppliers and customers.I also assist with processing and reconciling VAT accounting, managing and allocating payments, debt chasing, stock control and general company logistics.At Electric String, along with my prior experience as a Senior Receptionist, I have developed strong customer service skills and am proactive in spotting potential problems and acting quickly to solve them.I have achieved NVQ Business and Administration Level 2 and am currently working toward NVQ Business and Administration Level 3.
