Being the driven business enthusiast that I am, I had plenty of work experience prior to accepting my unconditional offer to study Sports Marketing Management at MMU in 2020.Sports - Derbyshire sports council, sports coach, leisure centre, Women’s Euros, British Taekwondo.Marketing - marketing and communications assistant for multiple clients. Management - shop floor manager, sales representative, sales assistant, retail customer service assistant, waitress, car parking steward.Through early work experience, I have built and maintained professional relationships, absorbing valuable insights from those who have excelled in life due to drive, determination, and resilience. To assist my journey to the top, I am actively seeking temporary employment in Sydney, Australia. Through overseas travel, I intend to build my network and expand my skill set in both a social and professional capacity. Alongside my studies, I am a valued member of the squash community, playing for three Manchester-based teams. As a previously #2 England-ranked player, I show the utmost commitment to my passions, with ambition and resilience being the two driving factors that propel me to achieve my goals. Displaying a continuous need for self-improvement, I have always worked hard to eradicate weaknesses that limit my potential. Although I am flexible in job roles, I aspire to pursue a career in sports marketing. Such a dynamic industry will profit from my creative and innovative traits. With prior knowledge in marketing, sponsorship, and brand management, my first career goal is to gain experience from a social media or digital marketing job.
