Co-founded Origin Events in 2004, initially conceived as a venue finding service, but rapidly developed into a full service event management company. Key responsibilities included• Successfully creating a sales pipeline and building and maintaining a client base across a variety of sectors, including financial services, medical, law, bio-sciences, local government and housing • Planning, producing meetings & events encompassing training, conferences, team building, banquets, product launches, corporate golf days and overseas company incentives with participant numbers ranging from 50 – 500.• Co-ordinating all aspects of the event, including risk assessment, transport, sponsors, speakers, vendors and client/delegate expectations• Deploying innovative solutions such as CVent to improve event success and delegate experience• Managing events - UK, Europe, North America• Driving all sales, marketing and PR activities • Successfully leading, managing and motivating a team• Managing all operational aspects of the company
