Design and create professional, effective promotional material, technical manuals, website management, website design's, brochure and e-mailer's

My responsibilities as a Trainee Manager / Customer Services agent were to take phone calls, lead team talks, manage team time on calls.

I completed a weeks work experience at TA Design in Rochdale, in 2010 & 2011. My duties in the design studio were aiding to complete a magazine deadline, by producing a 150 page contract catalogue for the Office and Educational Supplies magazine KCS, also designing small half page portrait adverts for Openings Magazine for the British Blind and Shutters Association (BBSA) and generally helping with office duties. This required me to help senior graphic designers and see how the design process works.
