I'm responsible for the creation, development and implementation of the marketing strategy as well as developing and managing marketing initiatives to support the sales team. I am also responsible for formulating the department's annual budget, constantly reviewing to ensure the most effective use of resources. As part of the senior management team I am responsible for building internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the business's overall positioning is maintained throughout the regions as well as developing client relationships supporting the operational teams.I manage a team of ten across marketing, PR, telemarketing and bid support ensuring quality, standards and targets are met and exceeded.I am a protector of the MITIE brand in all forms of communication both internally and externally in campaigns, literature, events, social media, PR and the website.
