Lizzie helps purpose-driven organizations and leaders navigate times that require transformation and bravery. A fifteen-year social impact veteran, Lizzie brings her superpowers of strategy, operations, and leadership development to coach and advise leaders and organizations through times that require growth, change, and reinvention. She launched her boutique consulting and coaching practice to be the resource she lacked as a startup and growth-stage leader facing overwhelm. An executive with experience in the nonprofit, philanthropy, and tech sectors, Lizzie has built organizations from the ground up, managed boardrooms and multi-million-dollar budgets, launched new products and programs, and led complex organizational change. Prior to launching her consulting practice, she served as founding executive director of the Bubble Foundation, where she more than doubled the organization’s footprint. At Flatiron School, formerly under WeWork, she managed performance for the New York market, comprising 60+ staff and $15m revenue. Most recently, at ICONIQ Capital, she shaped the firm’s emerging philanthropy practice, to launch three inaugural funds raising over $138 million in capital. Lizzie derives her strategy skill set from her time as a consultant at Deloitte and in-house strategist at Teach For America. A committed people leader, Lizzie incorporated leadership coaching into her offerings after a chronic health condition brought greater self-awareness and alignment to her own leadership practice. In her coaching, she leans on her past leadership experience while supporting clients to “look in” before they “look out” to define a meaningful values system and vision for themselves. Lizzie’s coaching style combines her deep listening and pattern finding abilities with gentle but direct energy to move clients towards new ways of being and acting. In her organizational strategy work, Lizzie incorporates community and data-driven wisdom, with an emphasis on action. Her ability to bring multiple stakeholder viewpoints together helps to clarify a strategic path that others will follow.A former food educator and forever home cook, Lizzie can often be found trying new recipes in her Brooklyn kitchen.
