The Social Good Startup Program is Blackbaud's tech accelerator designed to support diverse, early stage software companies whose innovative solutions are focused on solving the problems that matter to the social good community. Since the program's inception in 2020, the Social Good Startup Program has worked to enable growth for more than 60 social good technology startups by facilitating access to Blackbaud resources including curated access to technical resources, marketing opportunities, industry experts and mentorship, and nondilutive grant funding.

Oversaw the transition of all operational data following Blackbaud’s acquisition of Attentive.ly in July 2016 to facilitate a successful integration between the two companies.♣ Financial Integration: Worked directly with the Blackbaud finance team to provide all details of Attentive.ly’s financial statements and accounts, including receivables and payables, payroll, and taxes for assimilation into Blackbaud’s financial structures. ♣ Human Resources Integration: Worked with Blackbaud's Human Resources Department to smoothly onboard all Attentive.ly employees to Blackbaud by providing all employee details, contracts and terms of employment for assimilation to Blackbaud’s payroll systems. ♣ Client/ Data Management: Provided all current and former client history, including all contracts, terms, amounts and specific details for Salesforce/SAP integration.

Managed all aspects of operations, finance, and human resources for Attentive.ly, a social media marketing tool developed by the co-founders of Fission Strategy. ♣ Financial Management: Daily bookkeeping, management and tracking of all accounts payable, receivables, banking, payroll, tax and finance systems. Executed client contracts and tracked commissions for members of the sales team. ♣ Team Management: Ensured consistent communication with the CEO to establish proper business practices for Attentive.ly’s burgeoning corporate culture. Scheduled and organized weekly team meetings, specific team communications, and coordinated all travel and event planning for Attentive.ly.♣ Human Resources: Responsible for onboarding of all new team members, including systems training and complying with federal and state tax registrations. Managed HRIS, benefits, leaves, and other HR programs, as well as managing employee relations and disputes.
