Throughout my childhood I have always created art whether on paper, canvas, wood, or even on my bedroom walls. I strive to invoke different emotions that speak both to me and others with my work that the viewers can identify and relate with.Common themes in my artwork are influenced by people, nature, animals, flowers, memories, experiences, and everyday objects. My creative process begins with a pencil sketching, looking for an idea to stick out. Then I go in with a light wash of watercolor or acrylic paint to form the base, and on top of that I draw with Prismacolor pencils. Adding a hint of earthy tones mixed in with a vivid color combination gives my artwork that spark it needs to come to life.
