• Managed in-house team of producers, project managers, production coordinators, and photo retouchers in producing all visual content populating channels across the business, including web, email, retail store signage, social media, PR, and catalog• Established and communicated production processes and best practices with internal teams and external partners• Guided creative department workflow from strategy and concepting through completion and implementation, including creation and management of yearly and quarterly cross-functional workflow calendar and timeline• Drafted and managed overall yearly production budget and calendar for all facets of asset creation• Sourced and managed relationships with external creative partners including directors, illustrators, photographers, stylists, editors, casting directors, production companies• Hired and managed crew and negotiated rates for each production, specific to the creative idea and needs of each project• Designed and oversaw construction of Duluth’s in-house photo studio, including configuring layout and choosing finishes, managing budget and timeline of build-out, and establishing company expectations and processes for shifting work from out-of-house studios to the new space• Worked in partnership with Creative Director to review, steer, and approve brand strategy and executions by Duluth’s external ad agency for projects including national ads, launch of the Alaskan Hardgear brand, and a whole-house redesign of the company’s website
