Supply Chain Analyst
Current- Responsible for planning systems and MRP (Material Replenishment Process) concepts, such as time fences, demand input, consumption rules, (Average Monthly Usage (AMU) and projected balance calculations.- Analyzes and places purchase orders as per system requisition or per sales order- Provides organization with accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates and possible problem areas.- Controls ‘parts master’ data as per standards- Processes set-up request for new Suppliers per procedure and system requirements.- Process Product Service Reports (PSR), documents and coordinate returns/repairs to US and 3PV- Actively communicates with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery performance- Proposes improvements for material handling- Processes orders in compliance with ISO standards- Actively supports other procurement & planning team members in their daily task- Leads the administrative and maintenance handling of I-Buy activities per standard work- P-Card administrator responsibilities Load statements on monthly basis. Liaise with Marketing and AP for statement reconciliation. Follow up on unidentified payments, cards blocked and ad-hoc requests to increase credit limits
