I am a passionate and versatile Learning and Development Partner with over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia and Asia. I have a BA Hons in Business and Psychology, an intermediate (L5) diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD, and an extensive tool kit of certifications including EQI 2.0/360 (Emotional Intelligence), Insights Discovery (MBTI), Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard) and eLearning Design on Articulate 360.My mission is to empower and inspire individuals, teams and Leaders to be their best possible selves at work and beyond, by providing them with engaging and effective learning interventions that enhance their leadership, professional and technical skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. I partner closely with senior leaders and HR to understand the business needs and align the learning strategy and solutions accordingly. I have won multiple awards for my innovative and learner-centric approach, including the Silver Award for the most effective onboarding experience at the CCMA in 2022, and became a Thirty Under 30 Alumni with Learning Technologies in 2023.
