Specific project experience in the Senior Consultant role includes:- Leading program and project management activities across large Cabinet-level financial and procurement systems modernizations (cloud-based ERP), including driving program integration and risk identification and setting program management strategy- Developing custom, holistic life-cycle enterprise portfolio management (PfM) processes incorporating strategy translation, prioritization modeling and analysis, data collection and cleansing, KPI development and tracking, and governance structure development that were implemented across multiple, large defense agencies and a mid-size homeland security agency. As a Consultant in the Government & Public Services (GPS) Finance and Enterprise Performance offering within Enterprise Operations, I gained experience with IT Strategy, Enterprise Portfolio Management (PfM), ITBM (PfM and Cost Transparency Analysis), and Life Cycle Cost Estimation (LCCE). As a lead for IT PfM, I drove the development and implementation of a Pilot IT PfM process for investments, enabling client senior leadership to make data-driven investment decisions aligned with guidance from OMB, completed the CPIC/INVEST business case for a non-major IT investment, initiated the PPBE and acquisition processes for IT investment planning purposes, and created future state roadmaps and strategies.
