My responsibilities included hiring, training, and leading the Director of First Impressions. I worked closely alongside our CEO and CFO, weighing in on decisions that affected the Market Center’s financial health. I created announcements both for internal and external publications. I managed the Market Center’s social media. I processed sensitive financial transactions. I recruited new agents and retained existing agents by providing a top-notch customer experience. I was solely responsible for onboarding new agents and off-boarding existing agents. I programmed the Market Center’s education and social calendars. I taught in-person and online training courses to agents of all levels. I analyzed and improved our office workflow. I reviewed real estate contracts for legal compliance. I became proficient in Dotloop, FMLS, GAMLS, and KW systems while coaching new real estate agents on their business ventures.

During my time as the Director of First Impressions, I was responsible for the successful reception of all guests, calls, and mail delivered to the office. I distributed leads to the agents based on office and state regulations. I planned social events that improved company culture and cultivated agent relationships. I was the center of effective, thorough, and tactful communication between office administrators, agents, brokers, and the public. I created operations documents and spreadsheets that directly impacted office functioning. I was the first responder for technological issues, ordered supplies, maintained inventory, and followed a budget.
