My primary role as Client Operations Manager is to manage my assigned Clients in Steady State, or post-Implementation phase. I am responsible for understanding the client’s procurement, candidate submission, on boarding, off boarding, invoicing, payment processes and reporting, and am the primary advocate for my Clients and/or Managed Service partners.I.

As Sales Engineer at Beeline I was responsible for showcasing Beeline VMS through standard and custom scenario-based demonstrations to our prospective and existing clients looking to expand in the APAC region. I supported our Business Development efforts as well as organising and delivering Marketing and Events in Australia and across the region.

As the national marketing resource at Lee Hecht Harrison, I provide support to Business Development, Sales and Operations teams. In particular collateral design and production, events, merchandising, print and special projects, such as the fit out of LHH Victorian office at Southbank Boulevard, Sydney office fit out and Adelaide office renovations.

I have worked in various Departments within the Adecco Group Shared Services, namely:Marketing & Communications: running campaigns; collateral design; merchandising; OurSpace-Intranet design and development (placed 2nd in the World Wide Intranet Challenge 2009); AdLogic Job board integration; events and special projectsProject & Support Services: project.

At SelecTV as part of the start up team, I carried out a variety of roles and tasks, some listed below: Obtained and ongoing maintenance of ACMA Broadcasting License; Compliance documentation; Shareholder meetings; Website development & management; Office fit-outs for Melbourne and Sydney offices, including property search and relocation; CRM/Database.

As part of the start up team in my role as Channel Project Manager I completed the following projects:- Project management of refurbishment of FOX Footy Channel office at 47 City Road, Southbank in conjunction with Woodhead Architects, Building Contractor/Sub-Contractors and FOXTEL Engineering- Planning & purchasing of communications equipment and Office.

As e-Solutions and Events Manager at ISI, I was responsible for all events we participated in during my tenure. Some of these events included IBM/Lotus events around Australia and the first VAGen Conference held in Sydney.
