My primary role as Client Operations Manager is to manage my assigned Clients in Steady State, or post-Implementation phase. I am responsible for understanding the client’s procurement, candidate submission, on boarding, off boarding, invoicing, payment processes and reporting, and am the primary advocate for my Clients and/or Managed Service partners.I have to add I love the challenges this role brings me plus the opportunity to learn something new every day!

At SelecTV as part of the start up team, I carried out a variety of roles and tasks, some listed below: Obtained and ongoing maintenance of ACMA Broadcasting License; Compliance documentation; Shareholder meetings; Website development & management; Office fit-outs for Melbourne and Sydney offices, including property search and relocation; CRM/Database: development, audit, testing (UAT), Management Reporting; Marketing & Events: special events, merchandising and collateral production.

As part of the start up team in my role as Channel Project Manager I completed the following projects:- Project management of refurbishment of FOX Footy Channel office at 47 City Road, Southbank in conjunction with Woodhead Architects, Building Contractor/Sub-Contractors and FOXTEL Engineering- Planning & purchasing of communications equipment and Office set up - Management of office relocations for FOX Footy Channel from Clarendon Street & FOXTEL Marketing & MDU Sales from Carlton office to City Road with a minimum of disruption and down time (one weekend)- Co-ordination of I.T. and Office Communications- Sourcing & purchase of Set Furniture, Set dressing, Green Room & Reception furniture- Management of Car Parking & Cleaning Contract- Ensure that building facilities meet OH&S Standards- Manage cabling, installation and maintenance of 47 City Road; Facilities Management of Edit Suites and Bearer/Comms lines between FOXTEL PlayOut Centre & City Road- Set up, administration and reporting of Edit & Studio facilities in ScheduAll

As e-Solutions and Events Manager at ISI, I was responsible for all events we participated in during my tenure. Some of these events included IBM/Lotus events around Australia and the first VAGen Conference held in Sydney.
