Held the responsibility of the supervision and training of junior developers, during the transition and beyond.

Skills involve all stages ofdevelopment from design to implementation. This work was completed within ateam using Visual Studio 6 and SQL Server.Migrating present client logic into server-side business components. The frontend of the system was redesigned using Microsoft .Net web applications utilisingC# and ASP.Net technologies. The back end of the system consisted of webservices and windows services, using C# and SQL Server 2000.
