During my tenure I installed several improvements including adding televisions, kiosks and telephones to the more than 10 acre store. I was also responsible for maintaining and monitoring the IP camera system including the retrieval of media to help solve crime and hold employees accountable. I also helped to implement a support system at the Cannery which helped to relieve the minor day to day break fixes. I kept documentation of my activities using OneNote and Wikis using Sharepoint. -
