Digital Transformation Project• Co-drive a large-scale digital transformation initiative with IT and the Consumer Business Group, streamlining business processes across multiple lines of business. Drove the development and adoption of digital technologies, achieving significant increases in user adoption rates and cost savings.3. Fostering Innovation• Organized ideation events and hackathons, including "The Idea Quest" to motivate employees to share innovative ideas for company growth. Engaged over 1,200 employees through an internal community on Viva Engage, sharing the latest AI adoption and technology information.
