Responsibilities:-Manage compensation plans for the US Surgical Innovations sales force -Accurately calculate monthly sales force commissions including sales credits, quota and payment adjustments -Maintain ongoing customer, product and territory alignments, new hire and termination data, and comp plan changes-Research and respond to sales inquiries via Salesforce.com acting as primary point of contact for Surgical Innovations field sales organization. Provide analytical support to sales force and recommended solutions to management.-Complete fiscal year set-up including programming comp plan logic in Cognos ICM, quota building, and territory alignments.-Utilize compensation software including COGNOS ICM and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting-Prepare a monthly commissions accrual, and provide commission forecasts and variable compensation budget estimates to Finance monthly, quarterly and annually-Interface with multiple internal departments including Finance, IT, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Divisional Sales Operations to ensure data analysis and reporting is accurate, efficient and timely.

-Design and manufacture artisan jewelry-Exhibit and sell at juried events throughout United States-Strategic planning and business development-Forecast sales, allocate resources: purchasing and budgeting decisions-Develop and maintain customer relationships-Branding and merchandising-Business and proposal writing
