As the front line of the Learning and Development department for The Real Estate Institute of Victoria, I worked assisting potential students, current students and members with queries relating to course offerings and undertakings. As the Learning, Development and Training Coordinator for the department at bioCSL (now Seqirus), I worked closely in a small team of 3 to manage the behind the scenes administration of the L&D department.
