Involved with the build and integration for the first multi-Smartlock system in the world from concept and through to commissioning. System Administrator for Safety Critical design and testing tools, configuration management systems and related software and hardware. Managing the user base across multiple organisations; taking a leading role in the design and implementation of a cloud-based work environment, security architecture and configuration.Process improvement; integration of processes with propitiatory software systems and bespoke applications. Leading an automation development written from the ground up, aligned with a UK specific Application Engineering process with an aim to produce a clear and streamlined systems based approach. Experience with Windows and Linux systems and software including Microsoft Office, multiple programming languages: SQL, VB.NET, VBA, C, and other web based technologies. Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server and Enterprise administration.Leading the verification and validation of new systems for introduction in the UK. Working with requirements and specifications in DOORS; traceability, subsystem analysis and complex system integration across multiple product lines. Author of model system architecture descriptions, supporting documentation, user manuals and drawings for complex systems. Responsibility in reviewing and signing such documentation for projects and the business alike; direct involvement in seeing these specifications applied through mentorship and commissioning activities.
