Provided a wide range of specialised advisory services designed to strengthen companies by promoting the adoption of good corporate governance practices. Through donor funded projects in emerging markets, worked as part of a global team to advise on all governance aspects, such as increasing board effectiveness, improving the control environment, and family businesses governance. With a focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), collaborated with intermediaries to support governance improvements and reform efforts, while leveraging and integrating knowledge tools, expertise, and networks at the global and regional levels.* Assessed company environment, social and governance frameworks, advised boards of directors and senior management teams and developed comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvements, defined plans for implementation and provided implementation support to clients.* Executed project management activities for multiple projects across the region, produced project lifecycle reports, drafted legal documents, monitored the budgets and procured vendors, consultants and firms. * Secured donor funding from governments to finance projects, drafted proposals, monitored progress and reported progress.* Delivered and organised business events and training workshops for firms, projects partners and government entities.* Drafted and designed reports, presentations, event materials, publications and national corporate governance codes.* Supervised the writing, editing, design, printing of business publications.* Acquired new clients and partners through business development activities and drafted tailored proposals.

* Instituted project related implementation activities across MENA, including project planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, client workshops and assessments. * Created, edited and designed publications, and redrafted national corporate governance codes for several countries, including Egypt and Palestine. * Improved the projects’ internal and external reporting as Communications Champion. * Implemented gender activities across different projects as the Gender Champion, and created corporate governance gender training material.
