Duties: Assist Receptionist with telephone calls, greet and direct visitors; attend front desk and perform Receptionist’s duties when Receptionist is off; responsible for typesetting, production and mailing of monthly newsletter; design ads and flyers; set various forms as needed; assist with payroll data entry; copy training manuals and other informational literature; distribute information and updates to various manuals throughout the facility; maintain website; shred confidential records; maintain equipment; other tasks as required.

Duties: Design and produce brochures, large-format printing, mail information to sales personnel; responsible for answering phones, logging calls and relaying messages.

Duties: Revise and create forms, pin-feed documents, brochures; prepare customer jobs for printing; create pagination layouts; produce negatives and maintain film machine.
