As Project Manager I will am responsible for the execution and coordination of on-shore Oil & Gas projects of varying sizes and complexities for the North America region.- Lead and Manage project teams from various functional groups and 3rd Party suppliers, while maintaining overview and communication of assigned projects.- Responsible for 3rd Party equipment purchases and technical-commercial monitoring.- Ensure completeness of information and identification of projects risks.- Excellent controlling and financial skill- Responsible for meeting and exceeding set project margins. The Champion acts as a process improvement leader within our Engineered-to-Order (ETO) business to:• Drive the business process improvement function strategically and with a global mindset;• Identify opportunities, scope projects, track benefits, and forecast resources to achieve productivity, quality and service improvement targets aligned with business priorities, financial improvements, and customer issues. • Select, train, assign, direct and manage the activities of the Black Belts and Green Belts who report to the Business Process Improvement Champion. Ensure they are employing prescribed Lean Six Sigma methodologies and techniques, and have clear project charters and objectives• Partners with the leadership team in setting and achieving specific goals around Lean Six Sigma initiatives. This includes working with key leadership both functionally and strategically to implement overall improvements in specific areas for multiple businesses.• Develops and coordinates all LSS improvement plans across the organization, and assures that plans are reflected in forecasts and verifies results. • Assures appropriate objective metrics are in place and being utilized • Applying business and functional expertise, identifies ideas with business leaders and Lean Six Sigma to create and influence opportunities for quality, service, and productivity improvements throughout the organization.

Support manufacturing and quality vice-presidents in the deployment of the Rockwell Production System (RPS). Responsible for the deployment of RPS for (5) manufacturing facilities and (1) distribution center in the U.S. and Mexico. Responsible for implementing RPS Center of Excellence deployment strategy at key operation in Mexico via kaizen events and strategic planning. Support manufacturing and distribution facilities by performing plant assessments, plus coaching, mentoring, and training resources in Lean and Problem-solving. Facilitate Hoshin Kanri / Strategy Deployment activities for the manufacturing plants. Maintain monthly and quarterly reporting to V.P. level to insure proper execution of RPS activities and key performance indicators for each facility.

Directly supervised (10) ME/QE’s, (1) Test Engineering Analyst, (4) Engineering Admin. Coordinators, plus (17) indirect reports. Administered performance management and development reviews for direct reports. Responsible for product quality, process quality, supplier quality, ISO 9001 conformance, ECN implementation, non-conforming materials, TPM/PM, product service returns, and test engineering support. Responsible for plant cost productivity initiatives/projects.

Directly supervise 35 UAW wage employees. Responsible for supporting production schedules, quality/continuous improvements, employee training, staffing needs, communication, etc. Work with Company and UAW leadership to resolve disputes related to labor, pay, discipline, etc. for wage employees. Responsible for $1.5M in departmental budgets.
