About Lindsey Jellig

A focused listener and an open communicator, Lindsey has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and at ease, which is apparent in relationships she built within cultures across three different time zones (EET, IST, PST) for almost a decade. These skills, along with her creative thinking, marketing savvy, and keen attention to detail & deadlines, were honed throughout her successful career in design as an art director and product design director.Lindsey has been involved in real estate for nearly a decade, turning her passion into a career. As a former co-landlord for a multifamily, she persuaded her partner to not sell in 2010, and when they did sell in 2019, the building was worth triple its value. Lindsey went on to obtain her sales license, and to join Corcoran’s Park Slope office. She takes great pride in helping others identify market opportunities, find great homes, and optimize their return on investment. To expand her knowledge about construction, renowned architects, and NYC history, Lindsey also volunteered with the organization, Open House New York for five years. A native New Yorker from Long Island, Lindsey graduated from Syracuse University with a B.F.A. in Communications Design. Moving from home to home as a child gave her a strong appreciation of finding a warm residence people will love, whether for themselves, or to rent out and share with the public. When the time comes to find your place or rent your space, she will work very hard on your behalf to meet your needs and exceed expectations.

Listed skills include Typography, Art Direction, Advertising, Graphics, and 28 others.
