Developed and implemented methodology to collect cognitive task analysis (CTA) data from a Naval multiteam system (MTS) operating in a warfare environment. Traveled to Navy bases across the country and conducted interviews with Naval subject matter experts. Qualitatively analyzed data for emergent themes and developed MTS performance measurement and training recommendations. Developed a technical report based on findings and recommendations.
