I run a small handyman company that tackles larger scale projects. My skills are self learned, I am honest, fair, and a hard worker, and I finish what I start. Currently working in the Raleigh Area, and looking to either grow my business or find a new one, as COVID is making my current situation tenuous.

I worked in the kitchen while in school. I had to leave due to an ankle injury.

I worked in a temporary role installing the Roll-Over-Protection (ROPS) Bar on zero-turn riding lawn mowers, operating both pneumatic tools, a hydraulic lift, a turntable, and interfacing with automated check features. I frequently worked overtime, occasionally working on weekends as well. I was terminated over a miscommunication of my sick leave after contracting the Flu.

I worked at an RV sales and rental company, where my role was keeping the sales lot clean and maintained, and the units ready to sell. This included performing routine maintenance and diagnosing and submitting work orders for larger problems. It also required that I have excellent working knowledge of the units so that I could serve as a first line of communication with browsing customers, until a sales rep became available to assist them. I excelled in this role, only leaving to pursue a perceived opportunity at the Citadel (the military college of South Carolina).

Throughout my time in this role, I became proficient doing every aspect of the job. I eventually settled into the role of cleaning the dining area, as this gave me the greatest opportunity to interact with customers. I greatly enjoyed anticipating and exceeding their needs and desires. Despite never officially applying for management, I was given the unofficial title of "Senior Dining Room Team Member." I left to become a full time student.

Developed excellent organization skills while assisting engineers in routine tasks, culminating in the construction of a laddered file tree in Microsoft Explorer. This allowed the engineers to more effectively search for plans stored in various locations on their server. I also aided them in transitioning from a temporary office manager to a full time one, occasionally helping both the former and the latter with administrative work.
