As the Assistant General Manager, I maintain high quality services and products offered to guests through management of Engineering, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Registration, and Telephone Services in order to maintain established operational standards and maximize hotel profits. I motivate the employees to achieve the highest level of room sales at the highest possible rate. I assure that all areas of the hotel (Front Desk, all hotel public areas, guest rooms, laundry, maintenance area, maid closets, etc.) meet established building cleanliness and repair to standards established in QA inspection scores. Have previous experience in the reservation process and the use of the Passkey reservation system, this position allows me to manages the housing process for citywide events and meetings.  This position also includes travel to provide onsite assistance with groups and other event managers.  Building and managing events in our online system based on detailed hotel a contract, which requires painstaking attention to detail. It required a high level of customer service, attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.  Compiling, gathering, collating, reporting and carrying out prescribed actions in relation to information is frequently involved for my clients.

As a Night Auditor, I balanced and audited for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. I transmitted credit card batches, completed and transmitted daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. I acted as the hotel system liaison during night hours and performed all Guest Service Representative functions as required; which included but weren't limited to assisting in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages.
