Working as a PM means that I: -Handle translation requests from different clients,-Negotiate the deadlines and rates with vendors,-Evaluate and analyze source documents, -Prepare documents for translation in different CAT tools,-Search and hire appropriate linguists for each project, depending on their expertise,-Communication with my team and also with other teams (PC and QA team),-Handle translator queries, -Outline and create project plans,-Making training and instructions materials for people in my team and linguists

My duties were: -Collaboration with school management and teachers on solving everyday problems, -Creating new activities for children like workshops for non-verbal communication, -Preparing documentation with other associates, -Implementation of the projects in the school,-Planning educational training for the teachers-Monitoring teacher's implementation of curriculum and student's documentation-Taking part in internal teams such as Team for Inclusion, Team for quality-Working with children and their parents on bridging different kinds of difficulties in the school
